Auschwitz Museum – June 8, 2014 Artificial limbs and leg braces behind a glass case at the Memorial Museum Auschwitz-Birkenau, the Nazi concentration and death camp where over a million people were murdered during the Second World War. The Nazis confiscated all of the material possessions of Jews, often donating these items to German charities.
