Born and raised in Hamburg, David Börner has always sought to broaden his horizons: His journey took him to Colombia and Hong Kong, where he gained international exposure as a foreign trade management assistant. Returning to Europe, he pursued studies in Management, Mechanical Engineering, and Political Sciences at the Technical University of Munich and HEC Paris. Now based in Berlin, he has recently joined the family business in primary packaging distribution.

Unnati Bose hails from India and is a student at Harvard Business School. She spent six years in social impact consulting, public health, and biopharma across emerging markets. She's committed to expanding access to affordable, innovative healthcare to everyone everywhere.

Jessica Brown is a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), with experience across a diverse range of industries including technology/digital, retail, and healthcare. She holds an undergraduate degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Business Analytics, as well as a master’s degree in Data Science from Penn Engineering.

Meredith Chagares is an MBA candidate at MIT Sloan School of Management, where she serves as a Graduate Student Council Representative and actively participates in initiatives such as helping to organize the Sloan Sports Analytics Conference. She earned her B.A. in History from Cornell University, graduating magna cum laude with minors in Business, Law & Society, and Jewish Studies. Professionally, Meredith worked as an Associate in the Technology, Media, and Telecom Group at Goldman Sachs, advising on high-profile M&A and IPO transactions. She is passionate about entrepreneurship, ethical leadership, and fostering inclusive environments.

Isaiah Goldsmith is an Associate at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where he has focused on Healthcare and not-for-profit partnerships. He holds a degree in Classics from Brown University, where he served as head teaching assistant for graduate and undergraduate data ethics courses. Isaiah has a background in Holocaust studies, most recently having traveled to Poland in 2023 to write about the intersection of past and present in the architecture of Holocaust-related sites.

Megan Hung is a 2026 MBA candidate at the MIT Sloan School of Management, where she is exploring the intersection of climate and entrepreneurship. Prior to her MBA, Megan was a consultant at EY-Parthenon and also served as a program manager at MIT’s start-up accelerator, delta v. She previously graduated from the World Bachelor in Business program (University of Southern California, Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, Bocconi University).

Eamon O’Brien is the Co-Founder and COO at Kyaro Assistive Tech, a Tanzanian social enterprise which designs, manufactures, and distributes assistive devices to East Africans with disabilities. He grew up in the United States and attended Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering, where he co-authored a paper for the Journey of Personality on the ways in which acquired disabilities can be integrated into ones’ identity. After graduation, he worked in the manufacturing department at the Ford Motor Company before moving to Tanzania to establish Kyaro Assistive Tech.

Israel Oladejo is a dedicated professional passionate about digital transformation, sustainability, and ethical leadership. He leverages data-driven insights and lean practices to optimize operational efficiency and drive impactful results. Currently pursuing his MBA at Boston University, Israel is expanding his expertise in business strategy, operations, and supply chain management. With experience in entrepreneurship and corporate roles, he is committed to navigating complex business challenges and fostering ethical decision-making. Israel is excited to join FASPE to further develop his ability to lead with integrity in diverse, global environments.

Semilore Olatunde is an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School with interests in social impact and economic development. He previously worked at McKinsey & Company, focusing on strategy and operations for healthcare clients, and served as a Fellow at the McKinsey Global Institute, where he developed and published economic research to inform policy and management decisions. At HBS, he is actively involved in the Social Impact and African Business Clubs. Semilore is particularly focused on the intersection of business, healthcare, and equity, aiming to drive responsible investment and innovation in underserved markets.

Kaley Palanjian is an MBA Candidate at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, where she is focused on impact investing and entrepreneurship through acquisition. Prior to Fuqua, Kaley served as Chief of Staff at APCO Worldwide, a global public affairs firm. Kaley joined APCO from Heidrick & Struggles, a global leadership advisory and executive search firm where she specialized in CEO and Board services for premier Social Impact organizations. Kaley has a BA in Linguistics from Georgetown University where she was elected to the Patrick Healy Fellowship. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the Fellowship.

Aditya Samant was born and raised in Mumbai, India, where he completed most of his schooling. He earned an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering with Honors from the Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar. After two years at ZS in India, Aditya worked in London for four years before relocating to Chicago following an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. At ZS, he specializes in launch commercialization for pharmaceutical drugs. Aditya also serves on the board of the Rohan Rajeev Foundation, which focuses on cardiac health awareness.

Adam Shen is currently pursuing a Master's in Financial Economics at Columbia Business School and previously earned dual degrees in physics and business administration from the University of Michigan. He has professional experience as a trader in both traditional finance and crypto firms where he managed books of options and other derivatives. Recently he is engaged in AI research which includes published and working papers in top conferences as well as consulting projects with startups.

Daniel Stern grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, and earned his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University (class of '23), where he studied Human & Organizational Development with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Efficiency, as well as Business. After graduating, he began working as an Associate at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he has focused on the Fashion & Luxury and Principal Investors & Private Equity practices.

Leo Stern is a consultant at Volentia, a strategy consulting firm specializing in business, geopolitics, and public affairs. Before transitioning into consulting, he worked as an orchestra conductor and saxophonist. He holds an MA in International Business & Diplomacy from HEIP Paris and has been involved in economic development initiatives in the Indo-Pacific, serving as a member of the French committee of the Pacific Economic Cooperation Council (PECC). In addition to his consulting work, Leo is a guest lecturer in Paris, where he teaches business strategy and international relations.

Emma Van Zandt is an eCommerce strategist and product manager at West Elm, based in Brooklyn, NY. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2022 with a B.A. in Visual Studies from the College of Arts & Sciences and a minor in Consumer Psychology from the Wharton School of Business. Passionate about design, technology, and ethical retail, Emma focuses on building brands that prioritize sustainable practices and responsible manufacturing.
