Cyrus Buckman is an MD/MBA candidate and Knight-Hennessy Scholar at Stanford University. He has led global health initiatives across Ghana, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Peru, and the United States, providing free clinical services and vaccinations. His work includes trauma- and human rights–focused efforts, including documenting medico-legal affidavits on psychiatric harms among refugees and marginalized groups. Cyrus previously worked at the Global Environment & Technology Foundation to expand medicine availability and improve access to clean water and sanitation across Africa. He aspires to build financially sustainable, ethically grounded hospital systems that expand access to high-quality care for underserved communities.

Gabriel Evans is a sustainability strategist and MBA candidate at Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business, where he focuses on ethical leadership across infrastructure, equity, and climate adaptation. With over a decade of cross-sector experience—from local government to national policy—he currently serves at the US Water Alliance, advancing workforce equity and community-centered water solutions. Gabriel was honored with the 2026 GOAAA Unsung Hero Award for Sustainability and received the 2025 Public Communication & Outreach Award from the Water Environment Federation for his work advancing equity in the water sector. A first-generation college graduate and global speaker, he brings a deep belief that professionals must lead not only with expertise, but with courage and conscience.

Krista Kaszycki is Vice President of Operations at AlphaRidge Inc., where she leads complex IT and cybersecurity initiatives for Fortune 500, healthcare, and government clients. She also serves as CEO of Latinas in Cyber, a global community supporting thousands of women in cybersecurity through programming, mentorship, and education. Krista holds an Executive MBA (Salutatorian) from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business and a BA in Corporate Communications from Baruch College. Her professional interests include strategic innovation, responsible governance, and risk management in technology-driven organizations.

Mark Kim is an MBA candidate at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, concentrating in Marketing and Organizational Effectiveness. He previously earned a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University, graduating summa cum laude. Mark has worked in client management and go-to-market roles at Google and Amazon, and recently served as a Product Management Intern at HBO Max. At Wharton, he leads professional development for the Asian American Association of MBAs, including launching its first-ever AAPI professional conference.

Yuri Leal is a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group in Chicago, with interests in strategy, operations, industrial goods and chemicals. Before BCG, he led supply chain operations and digital transformation at Brazil’s largest home improvement retailer (Leroy Merlin) and helped build logistics infrastructure at a unicorn startup in Brazil. He holds an MBA from Northwestern Kellogg and a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of São Paulo.

Kanishka Manderna is an MBA candidate in the Class of 2027 at Harvard Business School. Prior to HBS, she worked at ITC Limited, India’s largest consumer goods company, where she led supply chain, operations, and product strategy across mass and premium food brands impacting millions of consumers. Her work lay at the intersection of business incentives, public health, and sustainability, including launching healthier affordable products and pioneering green supply chains. Kanishka co-founded the Women in Manufacturing ERG, mentors underrepresented students, and is deeply interested in ethical leadership, inclusion, and responsible scale.

Copeland McCarter is a New York City–based professional and a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis. After college, she worked in the economic development branch of the New Zealand government, followed by strategy work in agency consulting where she partnered with nonprofit clients. She is currently pursuing her MBA at Columbia Business School.

Montse Miguez is an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School. Born and raised in Mexico City, she has professional experience in management consulting at McKinsey & Company and in fintech for educational institutions, where she led cross-functional growth, forecasting, and strategy initiatives. At HBS, Montse is actively involved in the Entertainment & Media Club and serves as Technical Director for the HBS Show. She is deeply interested in the intersection of business, ethics, and social impact, with a focus on education and media.

Sakansh Mittal is a 2026 MBA Candidate at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Prior to Wharton, he worked as a Private Equity Associate at Advent International, focusing on healthcare and industrials, and previously held roles at Abbott Laboratories in the India CEO’s Office and at The Boston Consulting Group. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering from BITS Pilani, where he held multiple leadership roles, including Co-Founder & Secretary of Engineers Without Borders. Sakansh also served as the Global Chief Financial Officer of 180 Degrees Consulting, overseeing a $200,000 fund and a global network of over 10,000 volunteers. His interests center on ethical leadership, governance, and responsible capital allocation.

Raven Nesbitt is a Chicago native based in Atlanta and an MBA candidate at the Howard University School of Business. After earning a B.A. in Psychology from Emory University, she joined Teach For America as a Metro Atlanta Corps Member and taught middle school special education for two years. Raven currently serves as a Leaders for Educational Equity Public Policy Fellow, supporting school board policy development for one of Atlanta’s largest school districts. She is passionate about advancing educational equity through an interdisciplinary approach that connects education, politics, and business.

David Olivos is a PhD-trained translational research scientist in the biopharmaceutical industry with experience spanning oncology drug discovery, molecular biology, biophysics, target identification, and drug delivery. He has contributed to cross-functional scientific programs across small and large molecule therapies, cell therapies, cancer-targeted nanoparticles, and regenerative medicine research, including work aboard the International Space Station. David is completing an MBA at UC Berkeley Haas, where he is developing the strategic judgment and financial discipline to lead in complex, regulated environments. His interests focus on leadership in biotechnology, venture capital, and regulatory and commercial decision-making, particularly where scientific innovation carries societal responsibility.

Vidur Prasad is a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he advises State and Local governments on improving operations and delivering better outcomes for residents, with a focus on transportation. His experience includes previous work on political campaigns, including serving on Vice President Harris’ presidential campaign analytics team. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Michigan.

Olivia Rodriguez is a 2027 MBA Candidate at the MIT Sloan School of Management, where she is focusing on strategy, analytics, and design for social enterprise. Prior to Sloan, Olivia served as Director of Communications and Special Projects at Top Box Foods, a non-profit creating innovative food access and food system initiatives with strategic partners in healthcare, government, and more. She began her career as a Teach For America Fellow, leading a Head Start classroom and building on her lifelong experiences working with children on the autism spectrum.

Omri Shoolman is an MBA candidate at INSEAD (Class of 26J) and a former intelligence and cyber officer (Major) in Israel’s Intelligence Directorate. He served in senior operational and leadership roles in Unit 8200, leading multidisciplinary teams in complex, high-stakes environments. At INSEAD, he co-founded the INSEAD Class Fund and led the Israel Business Trek. Omri plans to launch an AI and cybersecurity startup after graduation.
